To maintain the validity of this **Lifetime Guarantee**, we recommend that you bring your jewellery in for a **semi-annual inspection** every 6 months. During these inspections, we will professionally clean your piece and check its settings, free of charge. Any necessary repairs must be completed by Excel Jewellers to uphold the warranty.

One-Year Warranty Against Defects

Excel Jewellers warrants your jewellery against defects in materials and workmanship for **one year** from the date of purchase. If any defects are found during this period, we will provide all necessary repairs free of charge. However, certain conditions are not covered:

• Normal wear and tear due to aging and use.
• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or misuse.
• Repairs, alterations, or services performed by someone other than Excel Jewellers.
• Damage due to contact with chemicals, fire, or other harmful substances.
• Rhodium plating on white gold, which will naturally wear off and require re-plating over time.
